“I just finished lesson 3 yesterday and I have to tell you I am so excited!!! Something just clicked in my brain in a way it never has before! It’s like I can see things in a totally different way! I appreciate you so much! You are truly a gifted teacher! Can’t wait to finish the whole set!”

“There are many things I learned in Urbanscapes class. The most important thing I learned is to simplify what I draw. This is a very difficult task for me, but it was explained in a way that was easy to understand in this class. The technique of deliberately distorting the point of view, the use of color, and bold composition, I definitely want to incorporate these into my paintings in the future. And above all, I really enjoyed watching the lesson! I often paint alone, and sometimes it is lonely, but watching the videos makes it possible for me to paint while having fun. Thank you for giving me the pleasure of drawing as well. It was a good learning experience.”

“I want to express my sincere appreciation for your Urbanscapes class. Your approach to urban illustrations is truly refreshing and inspiring. I really like how you have designed the course to emphasize creativity and personal style over rigid technical perfection. The focus on capturing the charm and energy of city life in a playful warped perspective, rather than getting bogged down in precision, has been liberating. The warped perspective idea has opened up new avenues of expression in my sketches. The class has also helped me to change my way of observing and appreciating urban environments. Thanks for creating such a fun and valuable learning experience :)”

This is not a beginner-level class; it’s best suited for intermediate students. While I’ll guide you through techniques for capturing buildings and urban scenes, I won’t be covering the basics of color theory, paint mixing, or how to use specific art tools. This course focuses on the subject matter—illustrating urbanscapes—rather than general drawing fundamentals.

Although this class is geared toward and teaches with traditional mediums.
You can use a gouache paint brush (Adobe has those sets) and a colored pencil like brush (like the Shale brush on procreate) to mimic the outcome of the art lessons.
I think it depends on how well you can adapt these lesson into your preferred medium - but the concepts are definitely transferrable. -
